Having problems with message search?
I never use this list for commercial massages - er, messages - but I have to make an exception for my sweetheart. The talented hands of Paula Held will be in town for two weeks, September 20 through October 4, when she's not playing guitar, she'll be offering 50-60 minute massage sessions, at your home or business, for $20, plus a couple of bucks for gas, depending on where you live. She was recently licensed in Florida and has been practicing there while she prepares to move to Austin. She also has a provisional license for Texas and will be taking her exams for permanent licensure while she's in town.
Paula hopes to build a practice once she gets here, but would like in the meantime, to help out any fellow musicians or desk-workers, who like her, once needed but couldn't afford massage. She's also in need of the funds, thus the break on the price. If you're one of the lucky ones who can afford her going rate, she'll accept the full fee. Her beginning practitioner rate is $45 for a session. Contact information for booking a session is listed below.
Paula is also looking to rent a room for two or three months upon her arrival to Austin this Fall. She plans to scout around for land or an apartment, and is looking for temporary digs until she's better acquainted with the city and decides where she's supposed to be. Please let her know if you or anyone you know has something available opening up soon. She can pay cash and/or barter for rent.
