It's been years since I've played a weekly gig in Austin - not since the glory days of Hyde Park Unplugged at the New World Deli. So I'm pleased to report I'm going to start performing from 6 to 8 every Friday night during Hoppy Hour - er, Happy Hour - at the Fox and Hound, over on the west side of downtown. When the weather's nice, I'll be playing on third floor patio. When it's chilly or wet, I'll be on the first floor.

   Joining me this week, and most weeks, will be the big bassman himself, Seymour Guenther. Fox and Hound has a full dinner menu as well as a big beer selection - so on your way home from work, it's a one-stop shop for bites, brews and Brooks. See y'all there.
