Folksinger seeks housemate to share sunny 3-1 house near Ben White/Manchaca, 5 minutes from Central Market and ACC Campus, 10 minutes from Barton Creek Greenbelt. Quiet residential street. Amenities include washer/dryer, kitchen, back deck and BBQ pit. All utilities paid except telephone. The room is wired for a separate phone line. The shady back deck is great for watching the wild birds that come to my feeders and the wildflowers that grace my yard in the spring.

More on me: I work at home during the day. I periodically go on tour for a week or two, and every June, I disappear for three weeks to the Kerrville Folk Festival.  I’m politically liberal and get along best with folks who like good conversation, good books and good Texas music. No pets (I’m allergic), no smoking indoors, smoking okay outside. I don’t have a TV, but it’s fine to have one in your room.
