It's been years since I've played a solo show down here in beautiful South Austin. Tuesday, my fellow Bubbas and Bubbettes can hear one without having to stay out late. Fact is, you can catch it on your way home from work - and catch a drink or dinner, too. Mesa Ranch is a new restaurant/bar with plenty of Texas decor and Texas cooking. They're having Happy Hour Music every weeknight, and Jon Emery is booking a bunch of the best Austin talent, so you can hear something good on any evening. And this coming Tuesday, you can catch two hours of whatever I feel like playing and whatever you feel like requesting.

In the meantime, keep your ears open for news on my new CD. I'm heading back into the studio with Chris Gage in Sept., and it will soon be available for pre-ordering.
