Well, after approving Sherri's post, I waited for it to come through
so I could post a reply. But now its been a few minutes and I
haven't seen it yet, so I'll just start from scratch.
For those reasonably new to karaoke, I suggest something simple,
that you're very familiar with. My I lost my karaoke virginity, I
did Friends in Low Places by Garth Brooks. It was a disaster! I got
about 2 lines ahead of the actual song. But I still had fun, the
applause was nice (kinda like therapy, lol!) and I've been going
back to the mic ever since.
Anyone got any "First-Time experiences" to share??
As for Sherri's statement about finding something to sing...just let
me know what song you want and I'll try to order it if I don't
already have it :o)
