The Houserockers were once named "The best rock band in America" by
Griel Marcus of the Village Voice. They released several recordings
on the MCA label in the 1980's, toured the U.S. and Europe, and
appeared on some national television shows like "Solid Gold". Ian
Hunter and Mic Ronson produced one of the early Houserockers albums.
Joe is widely regarded as an outstanding lyricist.
This is the first new Houserockers CD in years and they've gone
independent.
