John Davis is set to commence tracking his next album in August. The
follow-up to 2005's John Davis (Rambler) will be co-produced by Nick
Raskulinecz (Foo Fighters, Queens Of The Stone Age, Danzig,
Superdrag.) The guys are setting up shop for two weeks at Studio 606
West in Los Angeles. John Davis & Jah Fire drummer Yogi Watts (Demon
Hunter, Lonely Hearts) will be on-hand to work the drums this time out.

The album demos remain largely uncirculated, but you can still preview
"Tell Me I'm Not Free" and "Watch Me Walk Away" (recorded by Ethan
Luck at Rebel Waltz Recording Co., Nashville, TN) at
myspace.com/johndavis. The album is expected to drop in early '07 on
Rambler Records/WEA. To be continued.
