Hello :)

It's my first post here. I'm from Japan and
unfortunately I've never seen them live before!

Well, has anyone here heard of this new London
singer/songwriter "MANKATO"?
He's actually mate with Supergarss and I've
heard he played with the band at this year's
Glasto...?

Also I heard he supported the band on thier
gigs recently but I don't know which ones...
I want to find it out - has anyone actually
caught him at their shows or his own show?

His music is uh, different from Supergrass's
but his music IS descirbed as follows;
"Mankato conjours up images of Supergrass
meeting solo Lennon and Air at their best"

His website is www.mankato.co.uk and the debut
album is coming out on the 15th... there'll
be the launch in London on the 17th...
I want to come and see it!

Anyway. I'm very interested in so please fill
me in if you have any info!
and I want Supergrass to play at a festival
here in Japan!!! - it never happened before! :(
