Hello all,

The International Pipe and Tabor festival in Lichfield on 10-12 July will start
with a symposium, i.e. a series of short presentations, on the afternoon of
Friday 10th July.

The speakers to date will be:

• Gwilym Davies – Pipe and Tabor tradition in NE Portugal
• Frances Tucker – Did anyone play the pipe
and tabor in Regency/Napoleonic times in England (1790's - 1820's)
• Rafel Mitjans and Teresa Soleer - Catalan flabiol 1760-1870
• In addition, Charles Wells will give a short Q & A session on making pipes.

At this point, I have to confess that due to a computer crash, I have lost some
of my files and emails over the last year, so is there anything or anybody I
have omitted from the above list? (All the requisite IT, screens and projectors
will be provided for the speakers.)
