Janes email virgins. Hope that this finds you well.

Hmmm...well, we found out through the week via an email from someone in
Melbourne that some of our latest batch of cds are faulty. Anyone else? Now is
the time to put your hand up if you too are the victim of bad workmanship. (Can
you hear the 'i'm so impressed' tone in my voice!?! umm..type??!). Please please
let us know if your cd in the last song 'somedays' jumps and generally behaves
very badly. I am sitting here staring at 500 other copies of the same problem
and would hate for you to feel alone. Please send us an email with your contact
details in it...we head off to battle tomorrow. Many apologies to those of you
that are affected by it.

Also on the cd front..we have postponed the recording of our live cd until July
at this stage. Now before I hear too many 'oh no's'!! Let me tell you that we
head into the studio on April 24th to start recording our next baby..release
date in Perth is set for the week end of June 12/13 - unless something really
bad happens between now and then! We have been given amazing support in the way
of television and radio advertising for this album and hence the reasons for the
changes. I will let you know more details about all that as we get closer. We
are busily putting together the song list for this album and thought we would
love to throw it open to y'all. If you have particular songs that you are
desperate to hear, please send us an email with them in and we will see what we
can do!!

Our next show in Perth happens on Friday April 23rd - the night before we start
recording - at the Rock Garden Cafe (Civic hotel, Inglewood) with our friends
from Melbourne, The Bluehouse. It will, without a doubt be a night of fun and
frivolity and we have been busily planning many things for the night. Tickets
are on sale at REDS and we are advising people to buy them from there as we
believe the night will be fairly close to sold out. If you are planning on
coming for dinner, tables can be reserved by calling the venue.

On 'other bits of exciting news' tangents, we are so very happy to announce that
we will be heading to the States on August 6th to be involved in the launching
of a book by our ver good friend SARK. The book, titled 'The Nap Book - how to
change the world without getting out of bed', will be launched in San Francisco
at a giant pyjama party! For those of you who haven't heard of Sark, her last
book 'The Bodacious Book of Succulence', is available at creative bookstores,
and even mentions us in it!! Her books are filled with encouragement for your
creative soul.

Well, my tired brain is out of info - thanks for reading, please let us know if
you have a faulty cd and if you want to be removed from this list please don't
let us know but rather go to the address on the bottom of here and unsub
yourself!! But on the other hand, if you love being here - then thanks, we love
having you!
