hi
its rose here so you will notice a few differences especially the fact
that i am too lazy to punctuate when typing!!!!!! anyway, hi from the
big apple and yes it is HUGE and i love it .times square is wild so
much to see and do, so
many places to visit and so many shops that im having a visa card
meltdown!!!
new york fashion forecasts for the summer are black white and grey, and
you must have the black tote bag complete with a bichon frise (thats a
cute little white fluffy dog) to put in it. yes thats right folks you
can have it all in New York City !!!!

well a quick update on what we have been up to. Sarks pyjama party
was fantastic, 350 people in their jamies(including us) Joshua Kadison
opened the show, Sark spoke for about half an hour and then the "folk
rock divas from down-under" played for about 40 minutes..it rocked.

The response was quite overwhelming and we signed and talked with
people for over two hours at the end of the show (thank God we were all
in bed at the time but more about that later) Ok so the next day at the
post-show do we were approached by a fantastic company who want to
distribute our products across the USA and also an agent asked if we
would be interested in talking with an entertainment lawyer, we said ok
sent her home to New York with a cd , he had
a listen,played it to his boss and here we are sitting in New York as
his guests getting ready to go see him tommorrow! Also before we left
San Fran, we stumbled into an Open mike show one night and performed
Shame on me and purple
and the promoter booked us on the spot for 3 more shows and is taking
us to some showcase gig at a famous little acoustic joint in Berkley
called Sweetwater. Last saturday night we did a gig in San Jose,
remember those shows when we forget to eat and John or someone hands us
red snakes...and we go to La La land.....well our lovely polite
american audience got a taste of that and then some!!!!!!!!! it was
very very funny and someone taped it so bootleg live albums are a
possibility.

Next week we head down to LA for fun at Disneyland, hopefully meetings
with Melissa Etheridge's manager and indie film makers. Then back to
San Fran for the above mentioned shows and a final weekend of partying
with a fellow Aussie,
T.J Dennis who is flying over from Nashville to say Hi.

So in a nutshell, we are playing shopping partying thinking negotiating
pondering talking listening laughing eating drinking margueritas
walking riding the subway looking hanging out having fun missing Zac
and enjoying a northern hemisphere summer
