Are you sure the Goldsmith CD doesn't contain them? With film scores,
I've sometimes noticed that cues ("songs") are given different names
on different CDs. The CD booklet states: "[This] newly recorded
Streetcar preserves all of the score's important moments."
A release of the score in the 1960s apparently did contain cues with
the titles you mention. There is some information about it here:
