October<br><br>Fresh Material On Creole Moon<br><br>[Dr John] The
legendary Dr John returns with his new album Creole Moon on
1 October and a UK tour. The LP includes 14 new
tracks written and co-written by Dr John who produced
the album with his regular band, The Lower 9-11 . Dr
John says: “If you want to know what this music is
like, it’s like an etoufee, which is a spicy dish…and
if you’ve never had one it’s high time you
tried.<br><br>"Everyone is different though because the chef might be
French, Spanish, Choctaw, Cuban, Yoruban, Brazilian,
Sicilian, Haitian or West African and that’s like our
music, that’s like our global culture, that’s like our
city, a place where your senses get excited from all
directions on the streets; the sights, the smells, the
tastes, and especially the sounds.”<br><br>The full
