The Banjo Workshop is for serious discussions about the mechanics of three-finger banjo styles (Scruggs, melodic, single-string soloing, and backup techniques).Focus will be primarily on the bluegrass genre. The goal of the group is to increase knowledge and accessibility of these styles using theory and close examination of the ingredients necessary to play them .This will help "transition" those in the intermediate level to beyond.While this group doesn't apply to beginners, all levels are welcome. Please feel free to contribute any information that will help the group grow in their banjo-playing quest. Tabs are also welcome - please post to the file section.
