Wow, wouldn't that be something? To not only get a movie about Bobby, but to
have it up for the Academy Awards!

In a conference call with financial analysts and reporters, Lions Gate
executives said the company will release over 700 titles and some 60
million video and DVD units into home entertainment markets this
fiscal year, ending March 2005.
"A lot of our revenue comes from home video, but at the end of the
day, we are distributors in every media everywhere in the world,"
Chief Executive Jon Feltheimer told Reuters.
Indeed, Lions Gate -- mainly a producer and distributor of edgy,
independent film fare like "Monster's Ball" -- continues to be a major
player in that arena as a co-distributor of films like director
Michael Moore's documentary "Fahrenheit 9/11."
It looks for solid box office from August thriller "Open Water," about
stranded scuba divers surrounded by sharks, and will launch an Academy
Award campaign for movies like upcoming "Beyond the Sea," directed by
and starring Kevin Spacey.
