I jsut found out about the Brilliant Green
yesterday. I love jpop and anime, and I heard that Megumi
Hayashibara was part of a trio singing the intro to the
Japanese version of Powerpuff Girls. I found a website and
downloaded the real media clip of that opening. It turns out
there are two openings. One has Megumi Hayashibara and
two other singers. The second has the Brilliant Green
doing It's Up To You. I liked it so much, I downloaded
a bunch of mp3s of them. I liked them so much I
went to Kinokuniya bookstore and bought their
self-titled CD. They also had Los Angeles and another with
2001 in the title (I can't remember the full name).
They had two copies of those two CDs, so I got this
one. I'll have to go back for the other two on payday.
They are a great band, and I really like Tomoko
Kawase's voice. So you know more about me, I also like
Aikawa Nanase, Yuko Yamaguchi, Maaya Sakamoto, Megumi
Hayashibara, Hitomi, Hitomi Yaida, Aiko, and anything written
by Yoko Kanno (soundtracks to Macross Plus, Vision
of Escaflowne, Cowboy Bebop, Brain Powerd and all of
Maaya Sakamoto's CDs.)
