Hi all,
So there's an idea floating around that the Obama Administration should revive the WPA-era Federal Art Project and Federal Writers Project, putting artists and writers to work teaching kids in exchange for salary and student loan forgiveness. Change.org is holding a vote on the idea. The ten ideas getting the most votes will be presented to Obama on inauguration day, and the DEADLINE FOR THE FIRST ROUND IS TODAY. Voting does require starting an account with the organization.
