Hi, I'm a new member and glad to be...I saw
Stevie's show last weekend on 1/8 in Anaheim. We drove up
from San Diego. It was absolutely incredible to see
her in such a small venue. We were about 30ft from
the stage. She looked and sounded incredible. (no
boots-she had broken her foot and was wearing these cute
little funky sneakers with rhinestones on them) I was
truely captivated by her voice - just to be there in the
same room with her was one of the highlights of my
life, (next to the birth of my children of course!)her
"pressence" and musical style are so unique it's hard to
describe the experience of being in that audience. As far
as picking a favorite song - it's impossible for me
to do so, that's like trying to pick a favorite
child of mine. I guess it depends on the mood I'm in
and the way I'm feeling at the time as to which songs
I prefer. I really love DREAMS & her vocals on
Sable on Blonde...least favorite - DOCKLANDS from
Street Angel.
