Here's a game for everyone who wants to play!!!! (you must read the rules and
instructions before participating)

Instructions: This is an awards game. You guys nominate which celebrity YOU
think is the best at the categories below. Now, I can't GIVE you nominees,
because if I do, then some of you might be disappointed if one of your favorite
isn't on the list! So here's what we're going to do:
I'll have each of you list your top ten favorites out of the following
categories, so that way, there has to be at least two people who have the same
person nominated. So say like someone nominates Johnny Depp for best male role
model, and someone else nominates him for best looking. Then he will have two
nominations, and whichever celebrities have two or more nominations (for any
category), they will be nominees for the second round.
Ok, so it sounds kind of complicated, but once you get started, it won't be so
hard. But before we get to that, let's go over a few rules:

1. You CANNOT nominate more than 1 person in one category.
2. You ARE allowed to nominate a person more than once (in different categories)
3. Use YOUR opinions- not someone else's
4. Once you start playing the game you must finish
5. After you fill out the form/list your favorites, DO NOT send the e-mail to
anyone but ME. If I find out that you've sent the e-mail to other people, then
you will be disqualified.
