Praise God for his excellent mercies and his faithfulness to our
prayers for healing & recovery for Beth. And many thanks to all who
have prayed for Beth so far and for continuing to pray for her response
to the treatments.
I'm very encouraged by the update below and would encourage each of you
to send me or her husband, David, any specific responses you want to
pass along to Beth. We are keeping a Prayer Log at the hospital of
individual emails recieved from the prayer chain so Beth can read them
over & over and continue to recieve the power of the Holy Spirit thru
them.
She has asked for people to send her scripture references in their
messages as she finds great strength from direct quotes of the Bible,
so please feel free to respond to me or Dave with your replies and we
will make sure Beth sees your messages of hope and healing.
Join me in sending up prayers of thanksgiving for the positive
responses we've recieved so far and please continue to pray for Beth &
Dave and Amanda & Aaron as they all recover from this
emotionally-charged experience.

Subject: Prayer Update for Beth Beguerie
To: Friends and Family of Beth Beguerie
Dear Friends of Beth, David, Amanda & Aaron,
Please forward this along to your network of Praying People.
The following is an update from Beth's husband Dave who just shared
this moments ago:
We want to thank you for going down this road with us through prayer,
It's already been a week and we have felt God's presence and
experienced His leadership through it all. I was on the phone with Beth
when Dr. Stone (Leukemia Doctor) came in to tell Beth that there were
no leukemic cells detected in her blood today being in the 5th and
final day of this particular treatment. He was very pleased to tell
her that and that she was responding well in spite of how she feels.
Remission will not be declared for a number of weeks based on
forthcoming biopsies that will tell more. At this point let's thank the
Lord for what's happened, and continue to pray for the recovery of her
counts from the treatment and that a remission would be declared as
soon as possible.
Looking forward to updating you, you can always email me directly at
davidbeguerie@... if you want me to pass something on to Beth.
We talk alot.
Dave
