I'm resending part of the last update out again as the picture did not
make it and Beth reminded me that most of you on the prayer chain have
not met her so it would be good for you to have a mental image of her
when you pray for her.
Also, she was very encouraged by her opportunities to get out of the
hospital over the past 2 weeks on day passes to surprise Dave & the
kids with visits home and she even made it out over 4th of July! She
has needed transfusions of platelets and whole blood at times but as
Dave said in the last update, her doctors are pleased and amazed at her
progress so far.
We are taking a cautiously optimistic approach to the stem cell
transplant process and should know more by the end of next week when
Beth hopes to be released home and officially determined to be in
remission.
Praise God for his faithfulness and the blessings he continues to
shower Beth with and the powerful protection He has placed on her and
all of her family during this stressful time.
And thank you for your messages of encouragement & blessings, too.
Love & life,
Lyn

Our prayer is that God will continue to use this trial for His purposes
and we don't have to know all the "why's". We both just want to be
faithful. This family photo was taken by a wonderful local photographer
the day Beth was admitted in the hospital. This was such a fun time.
With our love and thanks!!
