FINANCIAL NEEDS:

UPDATE: Beth & Dave Beguerie report they returned from their all-too-brief
vacation in Aruba/Florida in May to another offer having been made on their
house in Sagamore Beach, MA - only to have it fall thru before the papers could
be signed in June.
** PLEASE PRAY FOR A QUALIFIED BUYER TO BE FOUND IN THIS DIFFICULT REAL
ESTATE/MORTGAGE MARKET and for the SUCCESSFUL PASSING OF PAPERS AS SOON AS
POSSIBLE!

PRAISES & CONTINUED NEEDS!! Thanks to a generous matching donor, I was able to
raise $3,849.50 this month towards my charity trek (aka PERU ROCKS.org) to MACHU
PICCHU in PERU with the musician-lead leukemia/cancer charity, The LOVE HOPE
STRENGTH Foundation! Our goal is for each 'trekker' to raise at least $5,000
towards the purchase of medical equipment for the major cancer treatment
hospital in Lima, Peru prior to our arrival there in October of 2008.
** PLEASE PRAY THAT I WOULD FIND WAYS FOR $2,000 OR MORE TO BE RAISED BEFORE
AUGUST 15th IN ORDER FOR ME TO FULFILL MY $5,000 GOAL.

** NEW!! Fellow Gordon College alumni, STEVE (STEWART) BALDWIN and his family
are joining the international YWAM (Youth With A Mission) team for an exciting
new missions adventure DOWN UNDER! After shooting a video in Africa for WORLD
VISION, Steve felt called to use his video production skills in other areas of
the world and has partnered with CREATE INTERNATIONAL(.com), based in PERTH,
AUSTRALIA, to produce cutting-edge evangelistic videos & culturally-relevant
ministry websites in the native languages of the specific populations who need

UPDATE - BROCKTON CHRISTIAN SCHOOL: As of the last school board meeting on
Monday June 9th, 6 of the 11 classes had at least 7 students enrolled for the
2008/09 school year. We are encouraged by the growing numbers of new &
returning students and are praying for 8-12 students to be enrolled in each of
the 11 classes by the first day of school. Also, 17 students are already
enrolled in the school's Summer CLUBHOUSE Program which will feature 3-day 'mini
camps' in Art, Science, Engineering & Robotics as well as Music & Vacation Bible
School fieldtrips.
** PLEASE PRAY FOR MORE STUDENTS & FAMILIES TO BE DRAWN TO BCS OVER THE SUMMER
MONTHS IN ORDER TO PROVIDE SOLID FINANCIAL RESOURCES FOR THE SCHOOL OVER THE
COMING YEAR & FOR GUIDANCE IN THE EXPANSION OF SUMMER CLUBHOUSE & AFTERCARE

WORKERS & SURVIVORS WORKING IN UNSTABLE AREAS (esp near the dam where
aftershocks are still active)

** NEW!! If anyone wants their HEALTH CONCERNS prayed for at BENNY HINN's
HEALING SERVICE @ DCU Center, Worcester, MA on Sunday, June 22nd please let me
know and I will bring them along with those already included in this

- Beth reports her regular medical check-ups in Boston have been moved back from
every 4 weeks to every 5 weeks now and she has been able to work with her local
hospital in Plymouth over the past month as well.
** PLEASE PRAY FOR HER CONTINUED HEALTH & FOR HER TO BE STRENGTHENED WITH PROPER
AMOUNTS OF SLEEP, A HEALTHY DIET & DAILY MEDICATIONS.

- Katie reports successful progress at her program in Philadelphia and expects
to graduate within the next week or so!
** PLEASE PRAY FOR HER QUICK RETURN HOME AND CONTINUED EMOTIONAL/SPIRITUAL
SUPPORT FROM FAMILY & FRIENDS (incl. church family members) WHEN SHE GETS HERE!

- Arthur has been recovering at home for several weeks & attended church
(TRINITY BAPTIST in BROCKTON, MA) this past week for the first time since his
accident! He will be going back into the hospital for surgery on his gall
bladder THIS THURSDAY. ** PLEASE PRAY FOR THE DOCTORS & STAFF PERFORMING HIS
OPERATION & FOR A QUICK RECOVERY FOR HIM AFTERWARDS. ALSO PRAY FOR HIS FAMILY
DURING THE SURGERY.
