Summary:

The new draft (Universal National Service Act of
2004), is inching ever closer to ratification (that means it will be
law pretty darn soon). The new gender-inclusive (for boys and girls)
draft is for ANYONE residing in the US (not just citizens) between
the ages of 18-26 and will eliminate higher education and college as
a means of exclusion (basically, you can't get out of it by going to
college). Canada and the US have already signed agreements that
would make "draft dodging" nearly impossible, and a similar agreement
is in the works with Mexico. Bush has already started a silent
campain to recruit draft-board members from communities across the
nation. The media isn't touching this, so y'all need to tell
EVERYONE about this. The draft wasn't right in Vietnam, and it's not
right now! The bill is estimated to be ratified BEFORE Bush leaves
office in January, so we need to stop him. You can send an e-mail to
