Do we really need 9 Supreme Court Justices ?

We now have 8 so what is the Rush to fill the vacancies?

So what if they tie then they just do nothing on that issue and leave
the status quo.

Or flip a coin to solve the matter.

Congress has far greater issues than grilling Supreme Court Nominees
at this time .....
