You failed to say what you intend such an organ to be used for. Church
organbuilders generally take a dim view of unified, duplexed and borrowed-stop
organs. Some don't even want octave couplers. All of which are in imitation ot
the
theater organ.
Most organ literature was composed for organs that had separate, independent
divisions for virtually every stop. And I believe the best organs will stay
that way! As such organs are best for leading congregationad singing and choirs.
