I don't think an organ needs more than two celestes--a String and a Flute,
unless a flat one is desired also. The reason is, while a celeste is intended to
be used with the stop next to it, it will work with other stops likewise.

Forget any arguments agaisnt doing that, and go by how it sounds to you! I
an electronic organ the separate celeste doesn't even have to be in the same
division, but probably should be in the same organ loft, where there's more than
one, if there is space between them.
