Reply | Forward Message #3430 of 3709 |
KING DIAMOND's manager, Ole Bang, has posted the
following message on the band's official web site:

"Regretfully, and due to circumstances beyond our
control, there will be a change of date and venue in
Athens, Greece, which also caused us to cancel the
show in Treviso, Italy. New date for Athens is:
Monday, May 22. Venue: Gagarin 205. The show in
Treviso, New Age club, scheduled for May 24 is
cancelled. First KING DIAMOND show in Italy will be in
Firenze-Prato, hereafter Milano and then Reggio Emilia
as previously announced. We apologise for the
inconvenience, and to the fans who will not be able to
travel to a show."

KING DIAMOND started recording their new album in
March in Dallas, Texas and at Los Angered Recording
(owned by KING DIAMOND guitarist Andy La Rocque) in
Gothenburg, Sweden. The recording and mixing of the
new album will continue in August. A release date for
the new effort has yet to be announced.

KING DIAMOND last year completed a U.S. tour with
NILE, BEHEMOTH and THE BLACK DAHLIA MURDER. The band's
latest studio album, "The Puppet Master", was released
in 2003. A live CD, "Deadly Lullabyes Live", followed
in 2004.

KING DIAMOND current lineup:

King Diamond - Vocals
Andy La Rocque - Guitar
Mike Wead - Guitar
Hal Patino - Bass
Matt Thompson - Drums
