Some thoughts:

King looks a little "stiff"; like he's not got a lot of range of motion. But I
know about disc troubles. I've had them myself and still wake up stiff every
morning. (Not that "stiff" you sickos!) ;)

While I absolutley loathe metallica$h, and have felt that way for many years I
really have to thank them sincerely for continuing to pay tribute to MF.
Without them continuing to play this MF medley there is a possibility that there
would be no KD band right now. Maybe no Force Of Evil either. Without the
interest generated by 'ca doing this (see the 200 plus posts in response to this
vid on youtube over the space of a day plus) I doubt anyone, other than the
handful of faithful on the two mailing lists and elsewhere, would even know
about Mercyful Fate much less care.

KD does *not* seem to have improved his voice's range with the long layoff. He
just can't hit those notes anymore. Kind of a disappointment, but not much of a
surprise. After all, he ain't no spring chicken no more. :)
Neither am I for that matter.
