Irish rockers GLYDER will support METALLICA on August 1 at Marlay Park in
Dublin, Ireland. Also scheduled to appear are ALICE IN CHAINS, MASTODON and
AVENGED SEVENFOLD.

GLYDER's third album, entitled "Yesterday, Today and Tomorrow", is scheduled for
release in October. The CD features a guest appearance by Y&T mainman Dave
Meniketti (who plays a guitar solo on the CD's title track).

Over the past four years, GLYDER has opened/toured with THIN LIZZY, DIO,
W.A.S.P. and THUNDER, among many others.

GLYDER's debut album, produced by Chris Tsangarides, got the attention of the
press and a record deal with Bad Reputation Records in France. The follow-up
effort, "Playground For Life", was critically acclaimed all over Europe and
forged the band's reputation as serious songwriters. In 2008, GLYDER released an
EP, "Weather the Storm".
