I believe STB was commercially sold back when it was first pressed. The band
also sold it on the last leg of their last tour (with Beautiful Creatures and
Tantric).

I'm not sure about a snail mail address for the band, but you can always send
emails to each of the guys and maybe ask about where to send stuff. Their
emails addresses are:
