Hi,
Sorry, I know I'm a little late for this answer. Well,
I live in Mexico city and here in my country we don't
have a christian scene like yours. We only have a
fistful of christian artists, mostly in the venue of
Praise & Worship. We mostly listen all the christian
artists from USA. From time to time this christian
artists get spotlight into mainstream and everybody
here in the secular market know they're christian, due
in part, of what they're singing about. My point is
that the christian bands (at least in my own very
personal opinion) don't exists. I mean there are
groups and artists who are formed of christian people.
The christian persons are making the difference in any
area of the world today. The point is the testimony
and the faith is reflected in every thing that you do.
Even when you don't put a record in the christian
market. A good example: U2. They're showing more of
the christian care for the poorest in the world than
all the christian artists together. I think we're only
left the Holy Spirit leads to all truth and justice.
But one thing is true, as PETRA says: actions speak
louder than words.
Blessings
Dragul
