Clutchgearheads, Well I took me a trip north. To
a city by the name of Louisville. In Kentucky, the
finger licking good state! The sights I saw just blew me
away. The place, Headliners Music Hall was great.
Spirit Caravan went on first and this three piece group
had it all. Some damn fine music these guys laid on
us. Their sound was heavy like Black Sabbath. Then
COC hit the stage. This is the second time I got to
see them with Clutch. And this time I really got into
their show. Mostly because I knew some of the songs
this time. They were great! Now I got to see Neil and
Jean-Paul hang out and watch these bands play. That was
really cool. So when they hit the stage it was Pure Rock
Fury! This show they did more new songs it seemed.
Missed a few of the older songs this time. But the new
songs rocked with a heaviness like only Clutch can
play. Great time for me. Oh yea I forgot to mention
that the radio station handed out Clutch samples from
the new CD Pure Rock Fury. American Sleep and Smoke
Banshee are the tunes. Excuse me; I'm off to see the big
rock show! *S*
