Title: "The Underground: What's the reality?"

Objective: to find out what's the reality of the
"underground" scene.

Questions 1: - is it progressing like what most
media hyped abt or is it dying?
Answer: I’m not really interested with any other
factions of underground scene, but to me, our
local hc/punk scene now is rather stagnant and
not that progressive yet (although we’re more
than capable to do so).

Questions 2 :- how do bands feel?
Answer: A little frustrated at first, but right
now, those shits actually keeping us working
harder for the local hc/punk scene.

Questions 3:- has the scene been given enuff
support?
Answer: We still really care about the impact of
our stuffs towards hc/punk community, but we tend
to not expecting that much anyway. So far, the
respond and support from the scene itself were
very positive. We’re also getting more attention
from those people outside of the DIY scene,
perhaps that can be our opportunities to get them
more into DIY and hc/punk.

Questions 4:- is there enuff opportunity given
to bands?
Answer: We will always have fair share of
opportunities in the DIY scene, its actually up
to individuals or bands to work on their stuffs
seriously and make use of the opportunities
wisely.

Questions 5:- are local bands pushing their luck
when dealing with record labels? demanding?
Answer: Its no use of dealing with capitalist
labels when you can actually get your band more
exposure by using DIY channels of label,
distribution, promotion and such. Its not about
demanding, we just want to stay being ourselves,
we really hate to see supposed-to-be good stuffs
squeezed and molded to these capitalist record
labels commercial needs and such.
Questions 6:- what should be done? - what have
been done? is it enuff?
We have be more active, organized and optimistic.

Questions 7:- conclusion.
Answer: Shit! What the hell is this? I shouldn’t
bother answering this questionaire, but I don’t
know. I hope you can make use of my anwsers, ok dude?
