Hey people,

Finally met Evelyn who's just got back from Europe and found out that
there's no date in July for Unclogged (Evelyn works in mysterious ways
indeed!) but the Merdeka Day Unclogged is on. And it'll be a marathon
as planned for the now-scrapped July date - starts at 4pm and ends
whenever. I'll be contacting the bands/people next week. One thing we
need to stress is that the date falls on a Sunday - the next day's
Monday and some of you who will be playing will need to think of
possibly buying a MC cert for Monday or other ways of going AWOL!

On the Ricecooker Radio front, we have tonnes of stuff from around the
region for reviews but very little of local products. So do send 'em
in. Interviews we have so far, Rai Ko Ris (Nepal), Eman (Resist & Exist
Zine, Manila - an extensive one on Filipino punk rawk), Couple (coming
soon from a contributor), Fast Food Records (NZ), Maharajah C (expanded
from the Big O interview) and also hoping for a fresh perspective from
Luk Haas (French Punk Rock Columbus who is arriving in KL today!).
Thanks to those who've sent us stuff. WE NEED MORE!
