just wanna inform you that Bowling for Columbine - Michael Moore's
excellent American paranoia documentary which was awarded by an Oscar
recently (where Mr. Moore went up the stage and railed against Bush's
foreign policy to cheers and jeers from your average Hollywood film
stars) - IS NOW AVAILABLE from you friendly neighbourhood video pirates!

I've just obtained a copy on DVD and seen it again just now (saw it
first in Australia recently) and it's a very good DVD9 copy, complete
with a bit of extras BUT unfortunately the local pirates didn't include
the second disc which features more extras, snippets and interviews
etc. Anyway, the one disc ( and it's the main one) is good enough to
have you transfixed on the subject for days. I can't recommend you
people more to go and get a copy ASAP and see why AmeriKKKa is so
fucked up - a whole population subsisting on the culture of fear
promoted by the corporate media and the government itself. It's
hilarious, brutal, scary and sad. And if we look at our own media now,
you'll see the same traits forming.

Those who don't have DVD-players, tell me. I've been thinking that we
should organise a screening one of these days. I have another old docu
by him, an older one called "The Big One". Maybe we can have a double
whammy!
