a bit of news to all subscribed:

1. kerbau.com and its sites (including ricecooker zine & also my email
address, dungboy@...) are currently offline (or simply, DOWN).
this is because the server people are migrating or relocating the sites
into a new server which should be better guarded against hackers. FYI,
ricecooker has been hacked three times recently.

I hope it would not take a long time to get everything back on line.
sorry for the inconveniences caused by this.


2. Thanks to all who contributed to the success of KONTOT 05 (the short
film fest we organised recently). The turnout was excellent!! There
will be another one next year.

BTW; members of KWKL will be interviewed for Astro's Shortcuts
programme next week. keep a look out for it when it is aired. I don't
have Astro myself but maybe you do.

and yes, KWKL will start having its free film shows (Deodorama) very
soon. we've managed to get free use of a projector. Films to be shown
will be selected this week and you people will be notified once
everything's ready.

3. I will be performing (alone or maybe with a friend) as "Sumbang" in
Ipoh this Saturday. Expect really "sumbang" singing and all that!!

their debut cassette a week ago, a mini album with 6 tracks, with great
tunes and very good production.

5. Knot Records has released two new cassettes:

featuring the two japanese fastcore/power-v bands who played in KL
