That's awesome.
It reminded me of another chance Boingo reference I heard on the radio like
last month or so.
Strangely enough, it was not a music station. It was on a morning talk radio
show, hosted by a guy named Bill Handel, on KFI 640 AM in Los Angeles. It is
mostly a news show, but it is very irreverent and very politically
incorrect; he makes fun of everyone and anything. Anyway, one of his
co-hosts or whatever was reporting a story about someone who was a member of
an organization-- I think it was some fringe religious group or something...
or at least one with a name that could sound rather wacky to Western ears.)
The co-host mentioned the name of the group, and Bill laughed, "Yeah- The
Mystic Knights of the Oingo Boingo!"
