vanishing of these dear ones, indicates the true home of our
affections and our peace".

I don't know who wrote it, but it speaks to me. I recently lost my
beautiful Mother and Father (Mama and Deddy), and I have found solace
imagining that one day I will see them again bopping around in Heaven.

My parents were such amazing people. My Mom was one of the most
generous, loving and supportive people you'd ever want to meet, and
my Dad was inspired, deep and soulful. They were magic together, and
I strive to have a love so strong. My father had a heart attack 2
weeks after my Mom went away. That is a bond that lasts through the
ages. Of anyone I've ever known, they need to be together. I am lucky
to have had them all these years. Sooooo lucky.

I am in a rare mood, and wanted to share this thought with you. We
all go through inconceivable times. I am going through mine. The
thing that gives me great joy is knowing that YOU will be hearing my
music (finally) any day now!

I know my little Angels in Heaven will be making sure of that! :)

I am all stoked about the new album after religiously watching her US
website for YEARS hoping to hear something new.  I am watching her EPK
and now I have a couple thoughts- in case Jen reads this.

1) She said she loves having people hear her songs and give their
thoughts so here is a thought.  Have an intimate concert back in the
USA were you ask a small number of people (the people on this yahoo
group of course).  I would come to GA from Chicago to see you.

2) Since you are in Germany.  Try and find Vince Clark of Erasure.
Talk to his people and see if he could swing doing some studio time
with you.  I think his synth sounds and your voice would be an amazing
combo.

First of all, let me say that I will get this album come hell or high
water.  I cannot wait for Jen's new music so I will just try and get it
on Amazon.de.
However, from the little I have heard, I don't think the music is very
US radio friendly.  I hate to say it, but I think I have a knack for
being able to tell if a song will make it and I just don't hear a lot
of hits here.
I am NOT saying this isn't good music, I am just saying that I don't
hear many US hits.  Maybe hits aren't the goal.  Maybe the goal is to
just make music you love and that moves your fans.  I am just glad to
hear Jen's new stuff cuz her voice moves me- that is for sure.
I just want her to be able to keep making music.  I want to see her in
small venue concerts and not in HUGE arenas so I would rather she not
become a mega-star in the USA, but I do, of course, wish her all the
best and much success- even if it means I have to see her in HUGE
venues.

Jen, if you read this, please keep doing what you do cuz you are one in

I used to take bets among my friends as to whether Jen's album or
Windows Vista would be released first. I'm in a hotel with lousy
wireless, so I'll have to watch the videos when I get home.

Which markets is Glor targeting? Are they concentrating on Germany,
the EU, or worldwide? If there's no US release, I'd like to at least
see it available from the UK, where I can order it from HMV. (My
German classes from college are a distant memory)

have heard her myspace songs and they are a great treat.  I found this

What's up, everybody?

Wanted to say a quick HELLO! I have recently returned from Europe, my
record in hand!!! So happy to say it is complete and will be released
in February. Wish I had lots of details but, right now, with the
holidays right around the corner, I don't expect to have a lot of new
info. Just happy to say it is finally going to be released! While in
Europe, I did a new photo shoot, shot some press footage, and did
some shows. The shows were a lot of fun! It is such an exciting time,
when the record is complete, and you are sharing the music for the
first time. I love that feeling. Like you have this little secret.
Funny enough, the new record is titled "Best Kept Secret". I hope you
will enjoy listening to it, as much as I have enjoyed creating it. :)
