Hello? Karl? Is this working??
HEYYY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Karl, how have you been doing?
I posted a reply to your message 2 days in a row and nothing came up,
i guess my emaill address is still bouncing or something. Reality is
a wonderful album, Karl, but im sure you knew i would say that hehe.
Let's see....New Killer Star, which is the first song on the album is
awesoome, i love it. Everytime i listen to Try Some, Buy Some, i love
it soooo much more, i think thats the groundbreaking song on the
album for me, it kind of reminds me of We are the Dead off of Diamond
Dogs, and i could also hear david saying the words to Future Legend
to the music of Try Some Buy Some, its really really such a freakin
awesome song, i cant stand it :D Same with Days..MAN! if reality only
had those two songs on it and it cost 30 bucks, i'd buy it. But
let's definately not forget the rest of the songs...i dont wanna make
it seem like those two songs are the only good ones. Pablo Picasso is
a good cover, ive never heard the origional though. The Loneliest Guy
is dang good :) Shell Drive The Big Car...there are backing vocals by
catherine and gail and i really like how they sound. Matt
Chamberlain..tori amos' drummer played on Bring Me the Disco King,
and Fly (which is on the bonus cd). A different, heavier version of
Bring Me The Disco King is on the Underworld soundtrack (AWESOME
soundtrack) Maynard sings with bowie on it and it is a mother F*****
AWESOME song!!!! Its way different from the Reality version. The
reality version i dont think has guitar in it. I like the one on
underworld better, but they are both really different music wise so
they are both awesome in their own ways. All in all it is such a
wonderful great album, i love it so. My seeing bowie this year doesnt
look too good though, which bummed me out greatly especially today,
since the tickets for the second show added went on sale today and i
wasnt able to buy my tickets. Ill be able to get them on friday which
will probably be too late. it really sucks. anyway, hope youll get
the album Karl.-Astrid
