As you may know, you can go to a little site called podcast alley and place a vote for The Plan Nine Rock Show and your other favorite podcasts.  Your vote ranks the show very high and assists me in gaining new listeners.  Thanks so much to all who have voted in the past.

Now, let me direct your attention to something much larger...

As humorous as it sounds, Podcast Awards are given out every year and I'm eligible to be nominated for Best Podsafe Music Podcast.

It would be totally rad if you were to vote for me(15 times in 15 days-I'm not joking), but it's a pain in the ass and a system designed to almost solely to direct traffic to the podcastawards.com site and their respective advertisers.

Here's how it works...

You'll see a list of genres in 2 different columns.

Find "Podsafe Music" near the bottom of the left column.

Enter " The Plan Nine Rock Show " in the "Podcast Name" box.

Enter " http://plannineprint.com/podcast " in the podcast url box

Enter your details, then submit the entry.

You are able to Vote once every 24 hours up until July 15th.  That means you're able to place 15 votes.  I understand this is a huge favor to ask of someone, that's kinda why I'm not taking it too seriously.  At the same time, being nominated for this award is quite tangible.  

Most people don't participate in stuff like this, but in the past, my friends and listeners have really been supportive. If I'm able to be consistently ranked in the top 100 of over 21, 000 podcasts at podcast alley every month, in the top 5 of all music podcasts, why wouldnt I be nominated for this award if the same intelligent individuals take the time to vote for me on one or nine or  even all 15 of the days in the voting period?
