Tiffany Ng came to the carillon through the Yale University Guild of Carillonneurs in 2001. From 2004 to 2005, she served as Co-Chair, directing renovations and planning for the 2006 Congress of the Guild of Carillonneurs in North America (GCNA). She holds a master's degree in Organ Performance from the Eastman School of Music earned under the direction of William Porter, a bachelor's degree in Music and English from Yale, a professional certificate from the GCNA, and a licentiate (magna cumlaude) from the Royal Carillon School "Jef Denyn" in Mechelen, Belgium where she studied with Geert D'hollander as a Fellow of the Belgian American Educational Foundation and graduated with the first perfect thesis score in the school's history. She also studied organ with Joris Verdin at the Royal Flemish Conservatory of Antwerp. Now she serves as Associate Carillonist of the University of California, Berkeley, while completing a Ph.D. in Musicology. She has performed solo concerts and taught lessons and master classes throughout North America and Europe.
Tiffany has curated bell exhibits at the Yale University Collection of Musical Instruments and the Royal Carillon School Museum and serves various functions in the GCNA and World Carillon Federation.
