Sound a bit mushy. Not sure why that means the whole venue (large, room to
dance, good view of band from all areas, well lit stage, decent access to bars,
no queues for cloak room, easily accessible by public transport) was bad. Not
sure where you have in mind that might be an improvement?
I really enjoyed the band; high energy but a well paced set, mixing fast and
slow with a few old classics thrown in, enough showmanship from the band in
general without getting in the way of the music, and Tanja's usual charismatic
self.... And for me a highlight was to see Osvaldo Chacon joining in briefly;
when did that last happen?
