10:00am to 12:30pm
$25.00 adults $10.00 children 6-12
$25.00 fee includes Driving Tour Booklet.
Guided tour sponsored by Haywood County will start from the West
Tennessee Delta Heritage Center Exit 56 in Brownsville and visit
local Tina sites that include Carver High School, Tina Turner Highway
19; her birthplace in Nutbush; sites that inspired her classic
song, "Nutbush City Limits."

1.Tina Turner Highway 19 Dedication Rally (Nutbush)
Congratulations Tina Fans!!!! Through your petitions, you have helped
to officially get the name of Highway 19 changed to Tina Turner
Highway 19. It is located between Ripley and Brownsville, Tennessee
and is the Highway she sings about in her classic song., "Nutbush
City Limits." The fans will meet at a determined location on Tina
Turner Highway 19 Saturday morning for a formal dedication program.
Keep checking the site closer to the time for Rally information.

2. Fan Social in Nutbush Wild Onion Ridge
Immediately following the rally to 8:00 p.m. or Until
Designed for Tina fans who want to socialize and interact with other
Tina fans on an informal basis. Sponsored by the Tina Turner Fan Club
Committee;
Pre-registration is required to attend fan social at a cost of
$15.00 per adult $5.00 Children 8-12; 7 years and under free
(Fee is being determined by cost of entertainment and available food
concessions and is subject to change)

swap with each other)
Drawings, etc.
Food concessions will be available!!!

Available through the center, Tina/Nutbush T-Shirts, memorabilia,
crafts, books, etc.
***Private Musical Heritage driving tour booklets can be
reserved/purchased prior to the event or purchased the day of the
event. $15.00; 30 pages w/black and white pictures; detailed
directions of rural Nutbush, Brownsville and Ripley. (You won't get
lost!!!!) Designed from my own personal tour that was given to
hundreds of Tina fans from 1992 to the present. Included in Friday
tour fee.
