POSITIONS OPEN FOR INDOOR SHOW!!!
The Indoor Show is approaching faster than any of us would like to think!! I have been asked by several of you what jobs still need to be filled. Below I have listed the openings up to this point. Additional areas may need more workers and likewise, we may need to add venues as planning progresses. This is a starting point at least. For all those working outside with parking, my goal is to have enough of you that we can put you on a rotating schedule. I know it will be cold and noone needs to be outside, in the dark, in windy conditions, in a blizzard, walking up hill both ways!! ( JUST KIDDING!! ) the entire evening.

Runners for:
Candy/Air/Flowers/ETC Grams
Button Table
Trophy Table Set Up
Food Prep and Serving
Parking
Gym Entrance Monitor for Groups entering and leaving the gym
Coordinator for: Spectators Entrance
This job entails making sure all Grams, Tickets and Program tables are set up, and have everything the workers need.
Coordinator for Food:
This job entails making sure Bob Fowle has everything he and his crew need and monitor the food supply down at the Concession Stand down by the gym.
Coordinator for Host and Hostess:
This job entails making sure the band students know which school and which group they are hosting. That they know where their warm up area is, their warm up time, their report time to the gym entrance, etc. Making sure the groups coming in are met by their host/hostess upon arrival. Generally, oversee the students as host/hostess.
