Topics for discussion will include: the music of Thelonious Monk. Magazine and newspaper articles or books that talk about Monk and/or interviews. Other artists who are similar to Monk, or who claim him as an influence. BeBop, and other types of Jazz as they relate to Thelonious Monk's music.
