Tony often quotes Winston Churchill. Here fits: "Sometimes the prize for
FREE SPEECH is very high."

You mixed up something here, FREE SPEECH doesn´t include that I use words
like s.o.a.b. for a person.

You should be so happy living in a democracy, but you don´t appreciate it
really.

Betreff: [Tony Carey Fans] Tony and Mike Bagnall

Ok, what I'm going to say about this entire thing is this. If anyone thinks
I'm going to apologize, they've got another thing coming. Anyone that really
thinks I would can honestly fuck themselves. It's that simple. You don't
like what I read, don't read it. Hit the delete button, page down, whatever
you have to do, but apologize? You can stick that in your ass.

As for not knowing Tony? Nope, I don't. I will admit that. I made huge
mistakes in the past, thought Bagnall was COOL, and that was the stupidest
thing I could have done.

I also want to say something here too. Do I think that maybe Bagnall was a
fan that was spending his own money? WHY? Because he was stupid? Because he
wanted this total fan control freak thing over Tony's career? Hmm, I don't
know, all I DO KNOW is that I see the website going on now (truebeliever)
that posts regular concert pictures, concert DATES, tour dates, official
merchandise, and Cds that are sold THROUGH Tony's website. Bagnall was a fan
spending his own money? How so? When he was selling Cds with cheesy artwork
for upwards of $15 a pop, and selling the original pressing of Go Out
Dancing for $700? You don't realize this stuff was all over Ebay. One point
or another, you could find a half dozen different Cd releases of Tony's with
MICHAEL BAGNALL's email address stuck to it, and selling for anywhere from
$50 onwards upwards and across the moon. Because of this, no one can say
Bagnall didn't make a financial killing.

Do I know Tony? Nope. But I saw this stuff being sold. I SAW this stuff
being advertised all over Ebay, and I SAW this stuff being sold with cheesy
labels and artwork half baked made on a home computer being SOLD with
Bagnall's return address on the envelopes. I know because I BOUGHT this
stuff. That's why.

Am I a perfect human being? Nope. But I should apologize? You must be crazy
as a shit house loon to think I'd ever say sorry for utilizing FREEDOM OF
SPEECH.

I paid money for this stuff of Tony's. I"m willing to lay my LEFT NUT that
Tony never saw a dime of this. But I know that there are folks that work
with Tony on this mailing list, so how about we get the TRUTH once and for
all? I am making Bagnall out to be a money grubbing hungry son of a bitch
who sold anything he had Tony Carey related for a fast buck, and who's
SELLING the tranquality base website as well, OPENLY ADVERTISING that maybe
she will take on the headaches of the internet, maybe she won't", because he
KNOWS that there are people working with Tony's website now that might WANT
this stuff. I don't know.

Would I want it? SURE. I'd love to have someone own this, I'd love to own it
but would I give Bagnall another RED CENT that Tony won't see a dime of? To
pad his bank account? FUCK THAT. That's what my response is.

FUCK THAT. Bagnall made enough money. So he spent $10,000 of his own money
on whatever he claims that he did. All I can say to that is what I said
originally. WAH.

NO ONE made him spend a dime. NO ONE made him push Tony's career. No one. He
did this because he WANTED TO. If he didn't want to, didn't want to spend
the money, why didn't he stop doing what he was doing? If he's making NO
MONEY off this, why did he do it? Because he was a half baked crazed fan who
could lay claims to Tony's career? That's fine and peachy, but when it comes
with a price tag that Bagnall claims that he's spent on this stuff? I have
one word for it..

STUPID.

and that's all MR DANNY is going to say. Argue all you will. I will speak my
mind on this one, and if you're going to be asinine and respond to me with
stupid private emails, I"m not responding. PUT IT IN THE OPEN FORUM and have
some nuts and a backbone. Don't hide it. I"ll post ANYTHING written to me in
private right in the open forum.

Feel free to do the same with whatever I write (that goes out to leona the
lion that wrote to me privately) I hide nothing. There isn't a damn thing
anyone can say or do to stop me from saying what I WILL SAY. Because it's a
free country (at least where I LIVE), and if you don't like it? Don't read
it.

that's all. Bye.

danny

(MISTER to those of you posting me privately) MR DANNY.
