Hi everyone,
We are still on for the show in Jefferson on Thursday, however Highway 18 is blocked (bridge is out), so I am told you need to go on I-94 and then Highway 26 to get there.
I also am not sure if we will be in the grandstand or where we were last year, but please bring your lawn chairs in case you need them. I know last year they ran out of places for people to sit so it was a good thing many brought chairs. Hopefully we get to finish the show this year and don't get rained out!
Then on Friday, Tony is doing a solo show in Thorp for the Cub Scouts. $5 admission, again bring your lawn chairs!
On Saturday we go back to the Trails End Bar and Grill in Neekosa. This is a great place to see a show. It has a "Hawaiian type" atmosphere.. .and again...it's hope there is no rain because this show is outdoors.
On Sunday Tony and Karen will be doing a show at the King Veteran's
Home.
The following we will be in Watertown on Friday and then the Spud City car show in Stevens Point on Saturday. If you are going to the car show and you want VIP seats, call now for tickets. Information is on our website. Even if you don't want VIP seats but want to be assured you have tickets to the show, call now to reserve them. The number is on our website on the schedule page.
Hope to see you all this weekend! Happy 4th of July! Cynda

Hi everyone,
Thank you to all the fans that came out to Cloud 9 on Saturday! That
was a great turn out and a lot of fun!
Also thanks to the fans that came to WI Rapids on Friday. Sorry we had
to quit early, but the rain was shorting out something and the shows
don't work too well without power!
A reminder that this Sunday from 5:00-7:00 Tony will be at Gus's Diner
in Sun Prairie, the former 5 and Diner.
Also an update on Memphis. We have decided to limit it to 2 buses, and
one is full now and the other is starting to fill up. So please get
your registrations in soon. The deadline is July 31st, but if we fill
up the second bus prior to that date, no more registrations will be
accepted.
Have a good week everyone!
Cynda
Tony, Karen, and the band will be at the Cloud Nine Grille in Madison
this Saturday from 9-midnight! The Cloud Nine is located on Cottage
Grove road. If you are going out Cottage Grove road from Madison, it is
on the left hand side just after you get across the Interstate.
This is a new venue for us and we hope to see a lot of you there!
This show is open to the public and I believe there is no cover charge.
If there is a cover it is a nominal amount at the door. It's just a
show, no dinner package, so just stop on out!

The first bus is full, and we have people now signing up for the second
bus. So get your registrations in now so that the people that are on
the 2nd bus can go! We need about 38 more people to take bus #2! We can
do it!!!!
As of today, May 29th, we have 38 people signed up for the Memphis
trip. We need 4o for the 1st bus, so if you are planning on going, send
or drop off your registration now! Once we get over 40 people signed
up, we will start a waiting list for the 2nd bus, but we need a total
of 80 people to run two buses.
Unfortunately we do not have the schedule and prices for the Jamaica
trip yet. They are late getting this out, but I will email all of those
that have given me the $50 deposit checks for that trip as soon as I
know. If you are still plannning on going, please send me the $50
check, which I will return if you decide not to go after the final
prices and schedule comes out.
Email me if you have any questions about the trips!- Cynda
Hi everyone,
I have had several people ask me if they can attend the show at
Wilderness this Sunday, and I'm sorry but it is a private show for the
campers only.
I am working on setting us up a couple more shows this summer that will
be open to the public so you will get other opportunities to see Tony.
Thank you!
Cynda
Hi everyone,
I will be at Bratfest in Madison from 1:00-3:00 doing something that is
my "true talent"...handling money! I will be a "celebrity cashier", so
come on out and purchase a brat and you'll see me there!
Cynda
Hi everyone!
I finally got time to post some pictures. Pictures are now on the
website from Wiggies, the Coliseum Bar and from Stanley. Hopefully I
will get the ones from Mauston on later this week.
Also there have been some additions to the schedule and some more
information about upcoming shows added. So please check the schedule
over too.
We hope to see many of you at the Boondocker's show this Saturday at
the Concord House. The show starts at 8:00 and Tony will hit the stage
around 9:00!

Hey Tiff,
Remind me to give you a check tonight. I would say I'd do the walk
with you, but considering we have to play on May 3rd in Mauston....I
know I won't get up the energy to do the walk! :) But I'm glad you
are doing this for this cause. I think suicide is an issue no one
wants to talk about and it doesn't get the resources or attention
that it needs to get to try to prevent this from happening.
See you tonight!

Keep it moving, please, even if you've seen it before. It is theVETERAN , not the preacher, who has given us freedom of religion. It is the VETERAN , not the reporter, who has given us freedom of the press. It is theVETERAN , not the poet, who has given us freedom of speech. It is the VETERAN , not the campus organizer, who has given us freedom to assemble. It is theVETERAN , not the
lawyer, who has given us the right to a fair trial.
It is the VETERAN , not the politician, Who has given us the right to vote.
It is the VETERAN who salutes the Flag,
It is
the veteran who serves under the Flag, ETERNAL
REST GRANT THEM O LORD, AND LET PERPETUAL LIGHT SHINE UPON THEM. ;
I'd be EXTREMELY proud if this email reached as many as possible. We can be very proud of ou r young men and women in the service no matter where they serve.
HELLO. . .I didn't even realize this formum existed :)
I will be participating in a walk on May 3 which raises money for
the HOPES organization. HOPES stands for Helping Others Prevent and
Educatate about Suicide. The purpose of this walk is to raise an
awareness for the prevention of suicide and the education about
depression. Two years ago, a former student of mine chose to end
his life by suicide. I have been participating in this walk to
honor his memory, show support to his family, and raise funds for
this valuable organization. The sister of another former student of
mine chose to end her life in the same year. This student has
endured the loss of her mother through cancer and her father is
currently ill. She is one of the strongest individuals I have ever
met, especially at age 16. She is actively involved in the HOPES
organization. I am involved in this walk to show my support to her
as well.
The funds that are raised go directly to this non-profit
organization to provide training for 24 hour on-call staff to answer
calls and provide support for anyone who is feeling depressed or
suicidal. The funds are also used to prepare handouts for the
education of depression/suicide and to provide group training for
schools, work places, etc.
I have learned that in WI, suicide is the second leading cause of
death for people aged 15-34. 20% of all suicides occur among
veterans. Elderly comprise 16% of suicide deaths.
Every 16 minutes, someone in the U.S. dies of suicide. I find this
number shocking.
I am asking anyone who is interested to make a donation to this
cause. The walk is only 3 miles, so your pledge would be whatever
you would like to donate. I realize with the price of gas and money
being tight that many people are not in a place to make donations.
I will be at the Show on April 25. If anyone would like to make a
donation, you could provide it to me that evening. I will have a
sheet which you can sign at that time. If you write a check, you
can claim it on your taxes as well. You would write the check out
to HOPES. You can learn more about this organization at their
website which is www.hopes-wi.org
I appreciate you taking the time to read this and your consideration
for a donation.
I can't wait for the show next week. It's been too long since I've
seen Tony with the band. It's going to be a great night!
Thanks again!
Tiffany
Just a reminder that advanced ticket sales for the Coliseum Bar need to
be ordered by Sunday. Please call or email me or call the Coliseum Bar
if you want tickets at the rate of $25 each, they are $30 at the dooor!
Thanks!

I want to thank everyone that was there Tuesday night! I know it meant alot to Cynda. Keep giving your words of encouragement to Cynda, it will go a long way!!
Thank you to everyone that came to my victory party on Tuesday! I still
am trying to have it sink in that it was a victory party! :)
I forgot my camera last night so please send me your digital pictures
from the party at Doubledays.
Thanks again to all that have helped with this process! It's been an
experience!
See you all soon! Remember to get your tickets to the Coliseum Bar show
soon!
Cynda
Just a reminder that the party at Doubledays is on Tuesday! The band
will be playing approximately from 7:00-10:00 and we will be watching
election results!
The WSJ had this listed incorrectly in the Rhythm section, it is on
Tuesday, not Wednesday.
Thank you to all the fan club members that helped me with this
campaign. I couldn't have done this without all your help!- Cynda
Happy Easter to everyone! We are enjoying having Easter weekend off
from band shows, but Tony will be back next week doing the benefit show
at the West Side Club!
Cynda is going to attempt to get up for a 6:30 a.m. church service to
sing in the choir on Sunday....should be interesting!
See you all soon!
Cynda & Tony
Hi everyone!
Does anyone need some extra exercise? I am looking for volunteers to
help me distribute my campaign literature around Stoughton, Pleasant
Springs, and the Cottage Grove township. If the weather is decent this
Saturday a group is going to go out around 11:00 on Saturday. I also
need people next weekend to distribute a new piece of literature to the
whole District. So if you are willing to help, please let me know! And
of course all of you are invited to the party on April 1st at
Doubledays from 7:00-10:00.
Thanks!
Cynda
