Hi zpixie888,
I don't know any sean nos singers in Colorado, but I know they're
rare enough in the Pacific Northwest. Only a couple that I know of.
I also know that this yahoo site is not the most active one and that
you might make more headway if you asked your question on the Mudcat
Discussion Forum (mudcat.org), a very popular folk music site. There
are many sean nos singers from all over the world that post there,
including Alice from Montana (Hi Alice!)--not all that close to
Colorado, I know, but Montana? Who knew? What I mean is that there
might be one in Colorado Springs, or wherever!
I sure wish I could go to Wisconsin for the festival. Virginia
Blankenhorn will be there with her wealth of knowledge and beautiful
singing. Maybe next year.
Good luck and keep singing! Slan go foille,
David
