Well, that didn't work. And I can't get anything to happen when I
enter the microsoft word code (in either PC or Mac platform) for
acute accents.

Does anyone out there know how to do acute accents in email?

I just noticed the "What language is this post in?" menu and actually
found Gaelic on it! Could that make a difference?
