It was a very reasonable amount of time, maybe a week or two between the time I sent it off and the time I got it back. I would suggest calling the Peavey repair department at +1 (800) 821-2279. I have always found them to be very easy to work with.

How long did it take to get this done? I gave up looking for the upgrade chip so I want to send mine in.
